Dr Chandni Patel qualified in Medicine from King’s College London in 2007, completing an integrated BSc in Maternal and Foetal Health alongside her medical degree.
Following qualification, Dr Patel completed her GP training at St Mary’s Hospital, before undertaking a GP partnership in Reading, where she gained extensive experience in comprehensive, community-based care. She has since worked as a GP across Twickenham, Feltham, and Hampton, caring for a diverse patient population with a wide range of acute and long-term health needs.
Dr Patel has a special interest in women’s health, including sexual and reproductive health, and is passionate about supporting women through all life stages. She also has significant expertise in chronic disease management, helping patients manage long-term conditions through personalised, holistic care.
She is known for her approachable, thorough, and patient-centred style, and works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support overall health, wellbeing, and performance.
