Book a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll help you understand what may be causing the pain and provide the guidance you need to get you back to your best.
We want your first appointment with us to be as efficient as it can possibly be. Please see below to read our patient information guide and complete any relevant forms in advance.
Please read our patient information form (below) carefully. Once you have read and understood the information, please complete the form, sign it and bring it with you to your appointment. If you forget to bring your form, our reception staff can provide you with blank copies to complete when you come to the clinic for your appointment. However, you will need to allow at least five minutes prior to the start of your appointment to have enough time to do so. Reading and signing our patient information form is compulsory and, unfortunately, we will not be able to see you at any of our clinics if you haven’t done so.

For lower body problems please bring a pair of shorts with you to get changed into, for shoulder/back problems, a vest top with narrow straps is useful.
For all appointments, please bring any scans or reports from previous consultations with you. If you haven’t already provided us with this information, we also require your GP’s details (name and address) and any other medical practitioner/referrer who needs to be kept up to date with your progress.
In order to respect our practitioners’ time and other patients, we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to change your appointment, please contact reception. Any cancellations under the given time frames or non attendance will be charged the full self-paying consultation rate.
When the clinics are closed, an answering machine is available to leave messages, and we will get back to you asap regarding enquiries, bookings and cancellations.
Reminder text messages and/or emails are sent as a courtesy; however, it is your responsibility to ensure that you keep a record of all your future appointments.
No, unfortunately private GP appointments are not covered by private medical insurance.
Should you be referred for any ongoing treatment, your insurance may be applicable depending on the treatment required.
