Head to One New Change close to St Paul’s Underground station and follow the signage. You will find us on the first floor next to F1 Arcade and opposite H&M. Please call us for directions should you need any help.
The closest tube station is St Paul’s on the Central line which is just a 1-minute walk away. However, Mansion House on the District and Circle line is a 5-minute walk away, and Bank, on the Northern, Central and Waterloo City lines, is 8-minutes.
Unfortunately, there is no parking available at One New Change and we recommend travelling to your appointment by public transport. However, there are local car parks within walking distance of the clinic should you prefer to drive.

Frequently asked questions
To take payment for services provided, we use a secure system called Square. All payment details are encrypted to protect against hackers and the system is fully GDPR and PCI compliant. Please note that we are a cashless clinic.
We bill directly to the following health insurers: Vitality, AVIVA, AXA PPP, BUPA, Bupa International, Healix, Health Partners Europe and WPA. If you are covered by a different insurer, you will be required to self-pay and then claim back using a paid invoice we can provide for you. If you have cover from one of the insurers listed above, you must arrive to your appointment with your membership/policy number, your pre-authorisation code as well as the number of sessions your insurer has approved on that code.
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this, you will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we are able to deliver the highest standard of care during your appointment.
The quickest and simplest way to cancel or amend an appointment is log into your online booking account. However, you can also call us on 020 7788 7000 or email us at [email protected]. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note that we require at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the full appointment fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
