Book a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll help you understand what may be causing the pain and provide the guidance you need to get you back to your best.
Make sure you have all the answers you need before, during and after your appointment with us.
You can book an appointment with one of our private GPs here via our online booking portal, over the phone by calling the number at the top of this page, or at reception in your chosen clinic. GP appointments are only available at St Paul’s and Raynes Park, but you can book a GP appointment with a member of our reception team in any of our clinics.
A 15-minute consultation is ideal for straightforward, less complex health concerns such as minor illnesses, prescription requests, or simple medical advice. For more in-depth support, we recommend booking a 30-minute appointment. This allows additional time to explore concerns in more depth as well as multiple issues in a single visit. 30-minutes is also required for appointments involving blood testing or where you feel a more comprehensive discussion is needed. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to guide you towards the most suitable option based on your needs.
Yes, we offer same-day video consultations with our highly experienced GPs, giving you access to personalised medical care wherever you are.
Whether you’re at home, at work, or travelling, our online appointments provide the ultimate convenience and discretion – with no compromise on clinical excellence.
Our private GP services are self-funded and not currently covered by private medical insurance. Payment is required at the time of booking.
However, we’re happy to provide a detailed receipt should you wish to submit a claim directly to your insurer, depending on your policy.
Should you be referred for ongoing treatment, many services are covered by insurance, but we strongly recommend that you check with your insurer before proceeding to avoid any unexpected bills.
Should a service be covered by your insurer, we can invoice directly to them as long as they are a company that we work with, and you’ve provided us with your insurance details. We currently directly invoice Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality, WPA, Aviva, Healix, Health Partners Europe and United Healthcare Global, but please let us know if you are covered by another insurer, as we may still work with them.
When booking your appointment, all you need to provide us with is your name, date of birth and contact details, including a home address. If it is necessary, we will also need the name of your insurer, your membership details, the authorisation code, and how many appointments that gives you, should you be covered by insurance.
In order to respect our practitioners’ time and other patients, we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact reception at the earliest opportunity. Any cancellations under the given time frames or non-attendance will be charged at the full self-paying consultation rate, depending on the appointment booked.
When our clinics are closed, an answering machine is available to leave messages, and we will get back to you as soon as possible regarding enquiries, bookings and cancellations. Reminder text messages and/or emails are sent as a courtesy; however, it is your responsibility to ensure that you keep a record of all future appointments.
Our GPs have direct access to an extensive in-house network of healthcare professionals, including Physiotherapists, Rheumatology & Rehabilitation consultants, Sport & Exercise Medicine consultants and Women’s Health specialists — all under one roof. This allows us to seamlessly refer you to the right expert when needed. If further investigations or external input are required, we work with a trusted network of consultants, diagnostic imaging centres, and pathology labs across London. We take full ownership of your care, ensuring timely follow-up, clear communication, and a joined-up approach at every stage of your treatment.
Yes, we offer a comprehensive range of blood tests, available with all of our private GPs.
