As a dedicated Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with athletes and individuals in both sports and private practice settings. My expertise lies in treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal injuries, from sports-related trauma to overuse injuries, and I specialise in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and working with the multi-disciplinary team to provide the best available outcome.
In my sports Physiotherapy role, I have worked with athletes at various levels, from amateurs to professionals, helping them recover from injuries and optimise their physical performance. My approach incorporates evidence-based techniques, sports-specific rehabilitation programmes, and a focus on long-term injury prevention, ensuring that athletes can safely return to their sport stronger than before.
In private practice I employ the same principles. I treat patients with a wide array of conditions, focusing on personalised care and a holistic approach to rehabilitation. Whether dealing with post-surgical recovery, sporting injuries, or general mobility issues, I tailor each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of every patient, ensuring they feel supported throughout their recovery journey and meet all of their goals.
I am committed to empowering my patients with the knowledge and tools to take charge of their own health, so they can live a pain-free, active lifestyle. If you’re ready to start your rehabilitation journey, I’m here to help!
Outside of work, I have a passion for traveling and immersing myself in new places and cultures. As a proud Scot, I’m working towards completing the challenge of climbing all 282 Munros—though I’ve still got quite a bit of ground to cover! I’m also a huge food enthusiast, and living in London gives me the perfect opportunity to explore and indulge in its incredible variety of cuisines.
